Rota Management is the first module on a shared business core, not a one-off product. The plan is to add to that core over time — so a growing business adds what it needs rather than buying another system that doesn't know who its people are. Those modules aren't built yet, and we'd rather say so than sell them early.

To build software that holds up under scrutiny. Our primary focus is Toi 'n' Moi® Rota Management, a UK rota platform built for the Employment Rights Act 2025 — supported by web design, custom web apps, iOS and Android development, and secure Local AI setup for UK small and medium businesses.

We're building one business core it can grow into — starting with scheduling and Employment Rights Act 2025 compliance, so the staff record behind the rota is the same record everything else is built on. More modules follow as the business earns the right to build them, and not before.
