Thank you for downloading Toi 'n' Moi® Rota Management for Windows — the same cloud scheduling app available on the App Store and Google Play, now on your Windows PC.

Prefer not to install anything? You can also use Rota Management right in your browser — just open the Web App from the App Market. To install the Windows app:

Installing

Download Toi-n-Moi-Rota-Management-1.6.0-setup.exe.
Double-click the downloaded installer and follow the prompts. It installs for your user account (no administrator password needed) and adds a Start Menu entry — tick the box during setup if you'd also like a desktop shortcut.
Launch Toi 'n' Moi Rota Management from the Start Menu (or your desktop).

First-run security warning

On first launch Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” SmartScreen message. This appears because the app isn't yet registered with Microsoft's reputation service — it is safe to run.

Click More info, then Run anyway. Windows remembers your choice, so it won't ask again.

Signing in

Rota Management is a cloud app — sign in with your organisation account to access your rota, staff, clients and compliance data. Everything stays in sync with the iOS, macOS and Android editions. If you don't have an account yet, contact us to get set up.

System requirements

Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
An internet connection (the app syncs with your organisation's cloud).
